I’m a young female artist from North Wales studying art and design. I often work quickly with suggestive mark making and colour to produce an end image. Producing this artwork started as an experiment but as I’ve spent more time with it it’s become one of my favourite pieces I’ve made so far. I’ve used a variety of materials to create depth, texture and interest. For me this piece is about taking pride in my femininity and being able to feel empowered in my own body despite the world we live in.
