Access and facilities for disabled visitors

Step free access
All public areas of Oriel Môn are accessible without steps. There are graded ramps in some areas.
Disabled parking
We have 5 dedicated spaces for disabled use only.
Seating
There are wooden benches in the art galleries.
Wheelchairs
Oriel Môn is fully accessible for wheelchair users and has one wheelchair which visitors are welcome to borrow during your visit.
To book a wheelchair in advance of your visit, please contact us by phone or email.
Induction loop
We have an induction loop operational at the Gallery shop and reception.
Service dogs
We welcome guide, service, hearing and assistance dogs, which are welcome in all areas of Oriel Môn. We have a water bowl outside the main entrance for thirsty dogs.
Toilets
Public toilets for male, female and a unisex disabled toilet are located near the shop and main entrance. Baby changing facilities are also available.
Group visits
Oriel Môn welcomes group visit. With a changing exhibitions programme and 4 vibrant exhibition spaces there is something for all ages and interests. For groups of 15 or more please call ahead to inform us of your visit.
If you wish to book a gallery talk we ask that you give at least two weeks' notice of your visit. To arrange refreshment for your visit in the café please contact the café directly.
Food and drink
During your visit to the Oriel why not relax and enjoy the varied and tasty menu at Caffi Bach y Bocs.
Staff will offer you a warm welcome and are sure to tempt you with their delicious range of home-made delicacies. A tempting range of vegetarian and children’s meals are also available.
