Over the last two years, my works have focused on local rivers that I am surrounded by, daily. I have made two large bodies of work that explore materials such as colour, pigment, graphite powder and oil, with the purpose of capturing the diversity of shapes that change and renew, as water, foliage and stone catch and reflect light; where sounds harmonize alongside the fluidity of the water’s movement, shadowing the river’s journey.
